bedside neck support

I had a Tempur-Pedic pillow like this about 20 years ago and I liked it, but for some reason, I switched to down pillows and have been through many other types over the years. I've been waking up with neck pain and headaches for a long time. While my old pillows felt comfortable when I went to sleep, they offered no support while I slept! Trying to save some money, I ordered another brand's funky ergonomic pillow, and it just didn't work for me. So, I ordered the medium Tempur-Pedic neck pillow, and it has done the trick! My neck is supported, and I have no pain or headaches. It takes a minute or two to get situated when I get into bed, but I'm just happy to wake up without my neck in knots!
