We're currently without a kitchen due to a pipe leak (which is definitely not fun!), and this griddle has absolutely rescued us. It’s large enough to cook much more than a normal stovetop—think full breakfasts, grilled sandwiches, or a couple of burgers all at once—and it gets hot super fast. We’ve used it nearly every day since we got it. Cleanup has been easy too (thankfully we still have sink access!); the nonstick surface truly lives up to its hype, and the drip tray helps keep the mess minimal. I also really appreciate the wide temperature range, which makes it feel much more versatile than just a basic griddle, especially considering the cost.
