I love Dr. Teals!
I’ve never used any other type of Epsom salt but this one. The lavender sleep Epsom salt is amazing. The smell is so soothing, and it really does help relax you and helps you sleep. The only thing I wish they would do is add a scooper to every bag instead of needing to pour it out of the bag or use my hands. I love this brand so much that the bag is almost gone.
