waterproof speaker

This speaker worked perfectly for our trip after the stereo on our speedboat broke. I was able to charge it quickly with a C-type cord. The sound was initially just okay, but I realized it was louder when I turned the Bass off. My husband could hear the music even when driving the boat. We left the speaker in the sun and 100°F weather, and it lasted all day. It got splashed a bunch and completely held up. I did not use the lights to save battery. The speaker is lightweight and easy to carry.

My wife has had an older one for years, so I decided to get one for myself. I was worried they would have added features I didn’t need or changed it too much. Nope, it's pretty much the same. My only issue is that I don't know where the mic is located, so I'm not sure how to position it for calls—I assume it's on the front near the speakers. Also, there is no mute button. It's nice, solid, loud, and has some bass. It’s great for meetings. My wife uses hers for music and it sounds great; I haven’t tried music yet, but I expect it to be good too.
